This is a mixed vegetable dish with Cauliflower and Potatoes. It is spiced with a rustic tomato, onion and spice mix. Served with Dinner Rolls, Onions and Cilantro for toppings.

POHA
Beaten Rice Fluffy cooked with turmeric, curry leaves, mustard seeds, peanuts, potatoes and spices.

Served with Condiments - Lime Alongside Fresh Cilantro
